This Refund Policy explains refunds, cancellations, and fees for services provided by **Infinite42training** (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or booking services, you agree to this policy.
1) General Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase. We may make exceptions at our discretion.
2) Single Sessions (In-Person & Online)
- Refunds: Single sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
- Cancel/Reschedule (24 hours): Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
- Late Cancellation/Reschedule (<24 hours): A $20.00 late cancellation fee applies, and you may reschedule the session.
- No-Show: If you do not attend a scheduled session, you will be charged the full session price.
3) Session Packages
A) Session Packages Online
- Refunds: Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
- Expiration: Packages may expire [X months] after purchase (if applicable/posted at checkout).
- There are no late cancellation fees or no show fees for online session packages because they are self paced and do not require a specific time.
B) Session Packages In-Person
- Refunds: Packages are non-refundable once purchased.
- Expiration: Packages may expire after last session used.
- Late cancellation fees $20.00 apply if cancelling less than 24 hrs before session.
- No show fee for in person session will count as a session and will be deducted as if you attended.
4) Subscriptions (Cancel Anytime)
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime upon request (or through your account, if available).
- No Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Access Until Next Billing Date: After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
5) How Fees Are Charged
Late cancellation fees and no-show charges may be charged to the payment method on file or invoiced separately, depending on how you booked/purchased.
